It’s a question we get a lot. Any glance at our gallery  or our services page will tell you that we travel, A LOT, however a lot of couples still don’t really know what that means! We wear so many hats on our adventures so we want to explain a little more about what we do and why we travel so much.

In the most basic term, we are an event and wedding planning team. In a more defined description we are….

Month of Coordinators (aka Day of Coordination):  We love being a month of coordinator (aka Day of Coordination) so couples can have the most relaxing day ever no matter where in the world they are.

Fun fact: Did you know that 80% of our events in 2014 were out of the state of California and 50% of those events were clients that brought us out for month of coordination services!

Because of our destination background we know how to travel and jump into a venue we have never been before and feel like we have been there a million times. That’s why even if our clients are getting married in Florida they will call us out to make sure their wedding day is perfect!

All kinds of wedding planning: Sometimes clients need more help and we can help plan all those details you just can’t figure out or don’t have time to do. That’s where partial planning or full planning come into play.

Fun fact: Our clients love our planning services because they include venue searching! This is most often the most exhausting part of planning a destination wedding so we make it nice and easy with a list of venues we already searched out for you. We also keep lots of design surprises from our clients so when your wedding day comes there are elements waiting to be seen you didn’t even know about.

We love getting to be a part of the planning process with our couples and when the wedding day finally comes no matter where it is in the world we get to be by your side to execute it all.

Party in a box: Sometimes you just need some decor and you need it done fast. As wedding planners we make a lot of decor so if you don’t need a wedding planner or a coordinator but want need custom decor or paper goods made for your wedding day, we can do that.

Fun fact: did you know that we can source and create your table decor, favors, paper goods or more and send it to you all wrapped up nice and tight. All you do is set it up the day of and it will look like a professional was with you the entire time.

We do graphic design for menus, favors, programs, escort cards and more. We create favors, ceremony toss bags, special exit sparklers and confetti poppers. Last but not least we make guest welcome bags, specialty welcome drink kits and that’s really just the start of it.
